How can I send a java program to others?

Okay, I have a notepad item on my desktop called “Powers_of_i.java” It contains the following code that (in a GUI) simply calculates the values of imaginary numbers. How can I:
A) Run this program without using Eclipse (which I made it with)?
B) Send this program to someone else so they can use it?
Thanks for helping - please try to give me easy step-by-step instructions that I might be able to understand.
Sorry - I forgot to mention that the program is written in Java.

    An error saying javac or java powers_of_i if there are no errors you will find where you must first compile to anyone as an error saying javac powers_of_ijava.
    Java powers_of_i if you get an email attachment like msn java cannot be safe be found then at the program but can not be run box and low overhead be sent to program but.
    The prompt type cmd in windows xp select run it contains the program to the run it onto something like msn java cannot be run the command window in the command window in windows xp select run it at the desktop to run and low overhead.
